School of Practical Ministry

Raising and Equipping the Next Generation of Evangelists

Theme Scripture: “And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.” 2 Timothy 2:2

Executive Summary

CEAI is committed to reaching the unreached, planting churches, equipping Christian leaders, and demonstrating the love of Christ through practical compassion.

Through our gospel crusades and mission outreaches, we have witnessed thousands of people surrender their lives to Christ. We have also discovered that many believers in remote communities have a genuine passion to serve God but lack biblical training, mentorship, and practical ministry experience.

To address this need, God has led us to establish the School of Practical Ministry, in affiliation with Youth With A Mission (YWAM). This five month residential training program will prepare evangelists, missionaries, church planters, and Christian leaders to take the Gospel to unreached communities across Ghana and beyond.

The Need

During our mission outreaches across villages and unreached communities, we have encountered many zealous believers who desire to serve Christ faithfully. Within their tribes and communities and have tremendous potential to become effective Gospel ministers.

However, most have never received structured biblical education or practical ministry training. Without discipleship and mentoring, many struggle to fulfill their calling effectively.

The Vision

The CEAI School of Practical Ministry will provide intensive biblical and practical ministry training that prepares students to preach the Gospel, disciple new believers, plant churches, and serve communities with excellence and integrity.

Program Structure

  • Students graduate only after successfully completing both classroom instruction and field ministry.
  • Expected Impact

Every year the school will produce trained Christian workers who will:

  • Reach unreached communities with the Gospel.
  • Plant healthy local churches.
  • Disciple new believers.
  • Train future Christian leaders.
  • Strengthen existing churches.
  • Demonstrate Christ’s love through community outreach.

Each graduate has the potential to impact thousands of lives throughout his or her lifetime.

Jesus did not simply send His disciples; He first taught, mentored, corrected, and empowered them before commissioning them to the nations.

We are committed to following that same biblical model.

Our prayer is to raise faithful men and women who will faithfully teach others, fulfilling the vision of 2 Timothy 2:2.

Invitation to Partner

The harvest is abundant, but the laborers remain few. Together, we can change that.

We humbly invite you to become a strategic partner in this vision by investing in the training of evangelists, missionaries, and church planters who will carry the Gospel to the ends of the earth.

Your partnership will not only transform individual lives but will also strengthen churches, impact communities, and advance the Kingdom of God for generations to come.

“The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”  Matthew 9:37–38
